## Own projects
Projects.
What I build on my own besides work: AI products and engineering tools. Each has an honest status.
## 01
closed alpha coming
AI technical interview platform
A voice AI interviewer runs the first technical interview for a vacancy and gives the hiring team an evidence-based report: quotes from the answers, coverage and confidence for each score.
A human makes the hiring decision. I’m preparing a closed alpha; next comes a copilot for HR running technical interviews.

Binnacle Dev
A local control panel for development when several coding agents work on one project: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and others. Long sessions get expensive, context compaction loses details, and every new agent explores the project from scratch. Binnacle keeps the project state outside the chats — in Git, docs, decisions and tasks — and gives a fresh agent a short, current context over MCP.
The dashboard shows what to do next, epic progress, tasks ready to pick up, and token usage by model, task and agent. It runs on Linux, macOS and Windows and isn’t tied to a single AI provider. Open source under Apache-2.0.

## 03
prototype for a client
Terminal box configurator
A web app for configuring explosion-proof terminal boxes, built for a manufacturer. An engineer picks an enclosure by material, temperature range and explosion protection, lays out terminals on a DIN rail and cable glands on the enclosure sides — in one row, two rows or staggered.
A server-side engine checks compatibility and capacity, a 3D scene and a drawing show the layout, and the bill of materials builds itself. The catalog lives in an admin panel: Excel import, validation and versioned publishing. Archive data is marked unverified so the configurator never passes it off as current.
